Yeah, I stretch the sucker every day. I usually stretch overhead, then I put a PVC pipe behind my neck as if doing a back squat and hold it. That stretches my exterior rotation like crazy. I also try to stretch the exterior with my elbow at the waist. Different stretches.. all hurt.
28 yo female, 127 lbs, 5'2.5" (I'll take whatever fractions of an inch I can get). I workout for fun, to stay in shape and to get stronger. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and trying to make the most of it.
I try to eat balanced portions of protein, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruits, little starch, and I'm working on the no sugar part.

You still doing that exterior rotation stretch on your shoulder?
