I'm baaaack.. pardon the pun. After working through two months of rehab and some serious melancholy moods, I am getting back to CFOT. I had a herniated disc, but thankfully it wasn't too severe. I have a few exercised that I've been doing to strengthen my lower abs and some of the other parts of my back. I'll show you what I've been doing later this week.
I've also been doing some running and swimming, which has saved my sanity although I couldn't do too much.
My first day back was a really easy day. No lifting yet for me.
WOD:
7 Rounds
10 ring rows
20 double unders
30 walking lunges
WOD:
1 mile run
The best part of the day was getting back into the mix and seeing everyone!
