Mind Numbing

Friday, November 21;
I hated and loved today's workout. It was another running day. One thing I absolutely love about working out is that it's the one time in the day that gets my mind off of work, family, friends.. I think about nothing but the workout. It's so great to be so focused on nothing but the matter at hand. The rest of the day, my mind jumps from one issue to another. Getting tasks done, making decisions and solving problems. One of the greatest things about CFOT workouts is that I'm not doing any of this. I'm thinking about doing one more pullup, one full ROM pullup, proper form on my barbell movements (and getting my face out of the bar's path).

How bout this one.. "Crossfit Old town.. it's so good it's mind numbing"


WOD:
800 meter run
15 hang squat clean + Thruster
15 box jumps
15 burpees

My legs hurt from running.. no more running. Please! Well, maybe after I hit a possible 5k tomorrow.
