I know. It's so bad, but I couldn't come up with anything really great. So, there.. I did it. I was a little about this workout. A doozy for my shoulder. Heavy and overhead.. two things I'm not crazy about, but I kept checking myself throughout. I'm trying to give myself permission to stop if I feel uncomfortable or when I'm in pain. I haven't quite done it yet, but I'd like to think that I'm being more responsible by trying to put my stubborness aside... so the workout??

30 Cleans & Jerks - 85lbs
Total: 7:46?? (This could be totally wrong, I'll check once Jerry posts...)
I didn't clean from the floor. The initial pull takes my shoulder right out of place.. or at least it has done so in the past. Eww.. better to avoid that!

Nice little finisher:
team work (it has some scary name like "ice lungs".. I don't know.. but I was sucking air.
3 rounds for time
1 rows 250 meters while the other holds 2 kettlebells (35lb) in rack position, then switch positions.
(Each person rows 3 times)

I wasn't exactly awake this morning.. There should be a good picture on its way of this one..
