Thought I'd continue to follow this "issue." Also, this is why I think I seriously heart Jon Gilson.
also.. I can't believe I just used the word "heart" as a verb.
Despite my lameness, you should read Gilson's article "99 Ways to Die". He makes many good points. Gilson runs Again Faster in Boston, MA. Quite possibly the funniest man ever.

- 28 yo female, 127 lbs, 5'2.5" (I'll take whatever fractions of an inch I can get). I workout for fun, to stay in shape and to get stronger. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and trying to make the most of it. I try to eat balanced portions of protein, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruits, little starch, and I'm working on the no sugar part.

Be careful Adrienne... you're starting to sound like someone else I know pretty well... watch out or soon you'll find yourself also referring to yourself in the 3rd person and using words like uber and redonkulous... ;)
no, no, no! Never! I go for perfect grammar and no slang.
I'm thankful for CrossFit. I can succeed no matter how horrible my grammar or slang is.
