Freaky Fran

Thursday, October 23;

Today's workout was Fran with some running. Not much to say about this one.. other than I don't understand why it's so hard for me to figure out the runs. I thought we were supposed to do both buildings (1,000 meter run) of the top of this workout. I should pay more attention. The workout called for an 800 meter run. Oh well, I'll chalk it up to getting stronger, better, faster...

21 Thrusters 65lb
21 Pullups
400 meter run
15 Thrusters 65lb
15 Pullups
800 meter run
9 Thrusters 65lb
9 Pullups

Total: 24:17

Wish I could have done pro thruster weight, which was 75lbs. I'd rather be safe on that one and stick to 65 overhead.
