The last workout as a 26 year old!!!

When I workout with Mel and Stacey.. especially when there is running involved.. I always wonder what in the heck has happened to me and why am I going so slow. Then I realize that I'm doing just fine compared to everyone else.. it's just that Mel and Stacey are CRAZY strong performers!!!

I liked today's little chipper workout. Pullups, box jumps, kettlebells and running. It doesn't get much better!

Oh wait.. yes it does!! I hit a pullup PR (on my last day of being 26).

The workout calls for 20 pullups off the top. I was feeling really fresh, so I thought I'd go for 20 in a row. I got that. Then I realized that if I kept going, I would hit a PR, so I did it! 21 pullups. I think I could have done more, but I had to get on to the rest of the workout. Yay pullup PR!!!

30 Box jumps
40 KB High Pulls (50lbs)
1000 meter run
50 jumping slamballs (15lbs)
1000 meter run
40 KB High Pulls
30 Box Jumps
20 pullup

Total: 26:36

I forgot to do 10 jumping slamballs, so I had to go back after teh second run and finish them up.

None scheduled yet. I get my second opinion on Friday. Then we'll see.
