I loved and hated this workout all at the same time. I've posted the video of it below. Of course it wouldn't be a birthday if I wasn't critical of myself. Some notes on the workout. I still have that same problem with the front squat. I lead out of the bottom with my butt instead of with my torso. I know I have the strength to get rid of that butt pop, but when I get tired I go right back to my good old bad habit. Also, once my pushups started burning, I wasn't consistantly going all the way down to the floor. I think there's actually a point in the video where I say, "I wish I had a bigger rack." Hmm.. that would solve so many problems! :) Just kidding!

Watching the video - you look amazing! Your pushups especially. I do that with my knees too - when coming out of a heavy squat, kind of bowing them in a bit on the way back up. Is that considered bad form? I have no idea...!
