I've gotten pretty busy and decided it's time to cut some things out. The daily blog updating is the easiest thing to eliminate. Sorry guys!
I'll probably throw up my workouts, so I can keep track of them but not much more than that.
It seems like everyone else is pretty busy too.. my comments have dropped to a sad, all time low.

I'm strong enough to have gone heavier, but I get really scared with the push jerk , because my shoulder dislocates under a heavy load.

I'll be in. I promise. I've got an appointment with the doctor who does shoulder stuff for the Redskins. I'm seeing him when I get back from my trip. I figure if he's good enough for Clinton Portis.. I guess he's good enough for me!
