After doing "Angie" for the first time, I rubbed Tiger Balm on my chest and shoulders every night for 3 nights. It was my saving grace. Wear an "I don't care about this Tshirt" to bed and be sure to wash your hands.
True and true! I've gotten it around my eyes before and it isn't pleasant. Actually it made me cry (in a self preserving kind of way).
Danny, I know about Tiger Balm back from my dancing days. I used to have to compete and dance through unbelievable muscle pain. Tiger Balm was my savior. I love the stuff.
I covered myself in it a few weeks ago after we did modified dead lifts. It looks like I'll be pulling it out again!
My wife is crippled from her last WOD and we saw tiger balm patches at the drug store last night. I was trying to figure out how many it would take to cover her entire right leg.
28 yo female, 127 lbs, 5'2.5" (I'll take whatever fractions of an inch I can get). I workout for fun, to stay in shape and to get stronger. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and trying to make the most of it.
I try to eat balanced portions of protein, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruits, little starch, and I'm working on the no sugar part.

Ha! I'd just buy the jar of it. You'll use it in the future. I swear!
Actually, it works better if you rub it all over your body and then take a cold shower, OUCH!! (just kidding don't try this at home)
Also, I do not suggest rubbing tiger balm on your body and then laying on a heating pad.. OUCH!
Is it like Sex Panther Cologne?
I hear it's illegal in nine countries. And made with bits of real tiger, so you know it's good.
It's a formidable scent... It stings the nostrils. In a good way.
They've done studies, you know. 60%of the time it works, every time.
