And good work on the Thrusters, your form was great. You make me look like a constipated toddler!
You missed a good time. After the rope climb we pulled out the whiffle ball and started swapping war stories.
Thanks for the compliment. My form is a little off with my squat and my arm still isn't moving properly. I can't wait until I'm doing 85 - 95 pounds again!
And by the way, yours looked much more fluid that constipated. That's all I'm going to say about that.
