Done with surgery everything went just fine. Unfortunately, I will not have any major scars. I will be on drugs for the next few days.. good drugs. Thank you for all of your well wishes and thank you all for thinking of me.

- 28 yo female, 127 lbs, 5'2.5" (I'll take whatever fractions of an inch I can get). I workout for fun, to stay in shape and to get stronger. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and trying to make the most of it. I try to eat balanced portions of protein, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruits, little starch, and I'm working on the no sugar part.

hey guys!! Thank you for your well wishes. Darcy, I don't think I'll be breathing fire any time soon. I may cough up some warm spit... does that count?? Katie, my mom is ialk ton town cooking and helping me keep track of my meds. DC, I always love when my silent readers pop up and say hello (especially when I am stuck at home with only my mom to talk to!) Ray, you know I'm always happy to see that Cheshire cat!
