I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and trying to make the most of it. I try to eat balanced portions of protein, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruits, little starch, and I'm working on the no sugar part.

BALLS! I hate it when that happens...
If it makes you feel better... today I tried the "chocolate chip mint ice cream is not in the Zone" trick. That didn't work either.... :( It's going to have to go in the trash...
Sometimes you have to just throw it away! I was thinking about you and your ice cream fix this morning.
Thought I'd suggest buying a smaller tub of ice cream next time. That way you can eat it and not feel too horrible, I always tell myself .. don't feel too horrible. There's only so much self control needed in our lifetimes.

In flip flops nonetheless you housed my time!!! *Katie hangs her head* If only I wasn't a draft horse... and I was a well... I would say stallion but that would just be wierd... I guess a Kentucky Derby filly maybe? :P Maybe then I could keep up with you...

Thanks for the compliments guys. I wish I could have done the Pro weight like my new hero (Katie). While I was running (in my flops) I was thinking back to the day you first did pro weight on Fran. So awesome.. we don't even have to encourage you to do it now. Way to step up to the bar.. the heavy bar Katie!

I think they have fillys in the derby... filly is the word for a female horse right? Or am I confused?
Yup, the filly is the female. But for some reason I'm thinking racing is only for the men horses.
Curses! Girls are just as good as boys! I'm writing a strongly worded letter!
