My favorite workout spot is on the Crossfit affiliate site.. but that's not my car or my license plate! Is it strange that I feel possessive over a workout location??! By the way, the version of "The Exorcist" that I've done in the past (I didn't create it, so I won't take credit for it), is a little more difficult than this one listed.

- 28 yo female, 127 lbs, 5'2.5" (I'll take whatever fractions of an inch I can get). I workout for fun, to stay in shape and to get stronger. I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and trying to make the most of it. I try to eat balanced portions of protein, vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruits, little starch, and I'm working on the no sugar part.

I felt the same way! I almost wrote in a comment with the Exorcist Stairs workout that you did because that's what's actually written on the stairs.
My car is cuter too...hello Caiparinha green :)
But wouldn't you love to run into Spider Chick while doing the stairs?
I want to meet her! How fun would that be. Can you imagine? 5 rounds would be a cake walk.. and there's no pushups in her's either. Interesting.
I bet you get to meet her at the cert this weekend! If so, set up a Saturday afternoon of DC vs. VA on the Stairs!
Who is she? I think I might know her.
